Our History
Reach Out Youth Counselling and Family Services, a registered non-profit society, has been providing counselling and support for youth and families in Kelowna and area for over nineteen years.

Overview of our Services

Youth and young adults, ranging in ages from 13 to 25 years, parents and families, come to Reach Out for help in coping with their personal and emotional issues.

Common areas of concern for our clients include self-esteem, depression, anxiety and stress, addictions, anger, conflict within the family, grief, relationships and more, school related issues.

Clients are referred to Reach Out by a number of sources, including family professionals such doctors, educators, pastors, youth workers and organizations working with youth like schools, child and youth mental health, adult mental health, probations, victims assistance, friends, peers and family members.

We offer individual counselling at both our location on Ambrosi Road and at two local schools.  Support, advocacy, referral and outreach to various schools on youth related issues.

In our  warm inviting environment, we provide computer access and a resource library.
